Overall, my stay at Hanoi Hm Boutique Hotel was quite pleasant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake, but I did find the breakfast selection a bit limited. Despite that, I would happily return for the excellent service and convenient location.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, although I found some areas could have been cleaner. For the price, they were comfortable and had all the necessities, like effective air conditioning.
Service
10.0
The staff, especially Ricky and Lily, went above and beyond to assist with everything from arranging transportation to making dinner reservations. Their attentiveness and efficiency truly stood out.
Location

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter. I loved exploring the nearby attractions and street food.
Dining

Breakfast on the top floor offered some nice views, but the selection was a bit limited. There were plenty of local restaurants nearby for a more diverse dining experience.
Facilities

The hotel had a good range of amenities, including efficient housekeeping and helpful services like airport transfers. However, I didn't find many luxury facilities within the hotel itself.

I had a solid stay at Hanoi Hm Boutique Hotel, and while the location is super convenient near Hoan Kiem Lake, the breakfast situation could use some improvement. My room was comfy, and the service was friendly, though it lacked some attention to detail. Overall, it's a great option for anyone exploring the Old Quarter, but just make sure to manage your breakfast timing.

Rooms

My room was clean and had a nice view of the city. It was cozy for my stay, though not overly spacious. I appreciated the private balcony, which added a nice touch to my experience.
Service
8.0
The staff was helpful and welcoming, especially Ricky who went out of his way to assist us. However, they didn't take some requests as seriously as I'd hoped, which was a bit disappointing.
Location

This hotel is in an ideal spot, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. I could easily walk to many sightseeing spots and tons of great food options were just steps away.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast on the rooftop offered nice city views, but I noticed they ran out of food quickly, so getting there early was key. The coffee wasn't the best, which was surprising for Vietnam.
Facilities
7.0
They offer essential services like laundry and airport shuttle, but I didn't need to use most of them. The hotel also has one elevator, which can be a challenge if it breaks.

I had an overall wonderful experience at the Hm Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local eateries. While I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, and the comfy room, there were a few minor issues with maintenance in terms of the breakfast quality. Despite this, I would rate my stay a solid 9 out of 10.

My stay at the Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff who offered great recommendations. However, some facilities and the breakfast service could use improvement.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds, but some of the rooms seemed smaller than expected from the online photos. I experienced issues with electrics in my room, which was concerning. Overall, it gave more of a 2-3 star vibe.

The hotel’s location in the Old Quarter was fantastic. It was within walking distance to many major sights, including Hoan Kiem Lake, and surrounded by local eateries and shopping.
Dining

Breakfast was located on the rooftop with a limited selection. I found the food quality inconsistent, and I had to ask for items that were missing or not kept warm. Arriving early was key to getting what I wanted.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, with a few amenities available. However, the elevator situation was a bit awkward since there was no direct button to the breakfast floor, and the room had a slow draining issue.
